Checking in (Admissions)

The time and date you need to check in to the hospital will be introduced to you by your physician. You will find the directions to our units and some other information on the page Contact.

Bring along:

  • Passport/ID-card or driving license
  • Referral letter from your GP or other medical specialist
  • Valid Health Insurance Card
  • Results of previous analyses and diagnostic researches
  • Your daily medication
  • Slippers
  • Personal hygiene facilities
  • Personal clothing (at choice)

We recommend you not to bring with you any valuables. Nevertheless, if you have brought money, documents and valuables with you, we offer you a possibility for storage at the department nurse. The hospital does not take any responsibility for your personal belongings that were not given for storage.

 

Invoicing information:

  • Invoices can be paid either in cash or via bank card.
  • When paying via bank transfer, please write the invoce number and  patient’s name  into the details of payment.
  • While staying at the hospital the electronic healt care system will automatically prepare the invoice. The patient is responsible for paying all invoices.
  • The invoices remain unpaid until the patient has made payments.

Reminder: When exceeding the payment deadline, the patient will receive a reminder and after having not received the payment within 30 days, the unpaid invoice will be handed over for encashment. For avoiding any inconveniences please pay all your invoices in time.
